A fix has been deployed, and MCDs are now processing and posting normally again.

Unfortunately, we were unable to recover MCD 2137 for Ohio and Indiana. All subsequent MCDs should process as expected. We apologize for the missed product and any inconvenience this caused.

We have identified the issue. Our bridge and processing systems became out of sync when assigning product identifiers, causing new MCDs and MPDs to receive IDs that had already been used.

As a result, the system incorrectly identified some new products as previously posted and rejected them from processing. We are actively working on a fix.
